88ra Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Your Account Balance

Your 88ra account balance, deposit counter and withdrawal requests all live in one place — the Banking section of your account area. We built the flow around Nagad, Rocket and Upay so you can move money without switching apps or hunting for a route.

ADDING FUNDS

Send Money Into Your 88ra Account

Adding funds starts from the Banking tab inside your signed-in account. We support Nagad, Rocket and Upay as the active deposit rails for Bangladesh. Once you select your wallet and enter the amount, the screen shows the exact reference you need to include in your wallet transfer — match that reference precisely so your balance updates correctly. If the amount field shows a minimum, follow the figure displayed there; we do not set a universal minimum outside what your account screen shows.

  • Open the Banking tab

Log in and tap Banking in the account menu. The deposit counter opens directly — no extra navigation steps.

  • Choose your wallet

Select Nagad, Rocket or Upay from the method list. The screen shows the destination number and the reference code tied to your account.

  • Transfer from your wallet

Open your Nagad, Rocket or Upay app and send the exact amount to the number shown. Include the reference code in the transfer note field.

  • Confirm and check your balance

Return to your account screen. Once the network confirms the transfer, your balance updates. Check Transaction History if the status has not changed after a reasonable wait.

MOVING FUNDS OUT

Withdraw from Your Account to Your Wallet

Withdrawals go back to the wallet you used to deposit, or to any wallet linked to your verified account. Open the Banking tab, select Withdrawal, then choose Nagad, Rocket or Upay as the payout destination. Enter the wallet number carefully — a mismatched number delays the request and requires a support correction. The amount field will reflect any limit shown in your account; stay within that range. Once you submit the withdrawal request, a status label appears in your Transaction History.

  • Open Withdrawal in Banking

From the Banking tab, select Withdrawal. The form lists Nagad, Rocket and Upay as available payout methods for your account.

  • Enter your wallet number

Type the wallet number registered to your name. Double-check every digit — corrections after submission require a support request.

  • Set the amount and submit

Enter an amount within the range your account screen shows, then confirm. A reference number appears immediately after submission.

  • Track status in Transaction History

Your withdrawal status updates in the Transaction History list. Keep the reference number handy in case you need to contact support.

Complete the Account Check Steps
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

Complete the Account Check Steps

Before a withdrawal is processed, your account may prompt an identity check. The fields and documents required are shown inside your account area — follow only what the screen asks for, because the steps can vary by account stage. We do not publish a fixed list of documents here because the account system shows what is actually needed for your profile at that point.

  • Follow the on-screen prompt

Your account displays a verification notice when a check is required. Open it and read each field instruction before uploading anything.

  • Submit only what is asked

The fields shown in your account determine what to provide. Do not send extra documents outside the listed fields — additional items can slow the process.

  • Check your verification status

After submission, the status label in your account updates as each check is reviewed. You do not need to contact support unless the status stays unchanged.

  • Contact support if a step is unclear

If a verification field or instruction is not clear, use the support route shown in your account rather than guessing. Supplying incorrect information delays the account check.

PAYMENT METHODS

Wallets and Payment Routes on 88ra

We connect your account to the mobile wallets that Bangladesh uses daily. Nagad, Rocket and Upay are the configured routes — each available in the Banking tab for both deposits and withdrawals. No external bank portal is required; the transfer happens directly from your wallet app to your account balance. The method list in your account shows current availability; if a route appears unavailable, try another supported wallet or contact support.

  • Nagad

Nagad is available for both deposits and withdrawals. Select it in the Banking tab, copy the destination number and reference, then send from the Nagad app.

  • Rocket

Rocket transfers connect your Dutch-Bangla mobile wallet directly to your account balance. Use the reference code shown on the deposit screen to match the transaction.

  • Upay

Upay is listed as a supported route in the Banking tab. Follow the same reference-code process as other wallets — include it in the Upay transfer note.

TRANSACTION MATCHING

Match Your Wallet Transfer to Your Account Record

Every deposit and withdrawal you make generates a record in Transaction History inside your account. When you need to match a wallet transfer to an account entry, use the reference code as your anchor — it appears on both sides. If the amounts or statuses do not align, gather the evidence described below before contacting support, because a complete reference set resolves most discrepancies without back-and-forth.

  • Reference code

The reference code generated on the deposit screen is the single linking ID between your wallet transfer and the account record. Screenshot it before you leave the deposit page, because it does not repeat.

  • Status labels

Transaction History uses status labels — Pending, Processing, Completed or similar — to show where a transaction is. A label that has not moved after a reasonable time is the signal to contact support, not the absence of a notification.

  • Account history log

The full history log inside your account lists every transaction by date, method and amount. Filter by method — Nagad, Rocket or Upay — to isolate a specific transfer if the list is long.

  • Evidence to keep

Save your wallet app's transaction screenshot alongside the reference code from the account screen. If you raise a support query, these two items together are what the team needs to locate and resolve the record.

How We Keep Your Account and Transactions Secure
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS

How We Keep Your Account and Transactions Secure

Every banking action on your account goes through the 88ra domain — check that the address bar shows 88ra before entering any account detail or initiating a transfer. We do not share your wallet number or account credentials with third parties outside what your account verification steps require. If anything in the account area looks unfamiliar, use the support route published inside your account rather than responding to any outside contact claiming to be us.

  • Domain check

Before any deposit or withdrawal action, confirm the address bar reads 88ra. Phishing pages mimic real account screens — the domain is the one check you can do in under a second before you type anything.

  • Identity match on payouts

Withdrawal requests are matched against the wallet number on your account. Mismatches are held until resolved — this step protects your funds from being sent to the wrong destination, not just compliance.

  • Wallet ownership

The Nagad, Rocket or Upay number you register for withdrawals should be in your name. Using a wallet registered to another person can cause your request to be queued for manual review, which extends the process.

  • Published support route

If a transaction behaves unexpectedly, use only the support channel shown inside your signed-in account. Do not share account passwords or OTPs with anyone, including contacts who claim to be support agents outside that channel.

BANKING QUESTIONS

Common Questions About 88ra Banking

These are the questions we see most often about deposits, withdrawals and account checks. If something specific to your account is not covered here, the support route inside your signed-in account is the right place to raise it.

Which wallets can I use to deposit into my 88ra account?

Nagad, Rocket and Upay are the configured deposit routes. Open the Banking tab after logging in, select the method you want, and follow the reference-code instructions shown on that screen.

What is the minimum deposit amount I can send?

The minimum is shown in the amount field on the deposit screen inside your account. We do not publish a universal figure here because it can vary by method and account status — follow what your screen displays.

My deposit reference was sent but my balance has not updated — what do I do?

Check Transaction History first. If the status is Pending, the network confirmation is still in progress. If it has not moved after a reasonable period, contact support with your reference code and wallet transaction screenshot.

Can I withdraw to a different wallet than the one I deposited with?

Withdrawals can go to any wallet linked and verified on your account. If you need to add a new wallet number, update it in your account settings first, then submit the withdrawal request from the Banking tab.

Why is my withdrawal showing as Pending for longer than expected?

A Pending status can reflect a queue, a verification step or a wallet network delay. Use the support route in your account and share the transaction reference — the team can check the specific status and advise on what is needed.

Do I need to complete account verification before my first withdrawal?

Your account will prompt a verification check if one is required before a withdrawal processes. Follow the fields shown on that screen. If no prompt appears, the withdrawal proceeds through the standard review step.
